My name is Missy van der Veen. I am certified Personal Trainer and owner of MCV Fitness. In 2009, I became a Trainer initially to further help me on my personal journey to living a healthier lifestyle. After having 2 kids and focusing all my attention on being a full time mom, I found myself unhealthy, tired and still holding on to most of the weight I had gained during my pregnancies. I had always enjoyed exercising in the past but my focus had changed and I believed I didn’t have the time to fit it in. My decision to make my health a priority, re-ignited my love for exercise I began Personal Training to share my experience & knowledge with others.
In 2012, after some friends asked/told me that they wanted me to train them as a group, Boot Camp was born!
Over the past 5 years, MCV Fitness Boot Camp has grown to become a place where women of all different ages, sizes and fitness levels can work side by side laughing together, helping each other, and groaning as they push themselves to the edge of their comfort zone.
At MCV Fitness Boot Camp we aim to guide & motivate women and to give them the tools they need to reach their fitness goals.
We make exercise fun & challenging and in the process help to make fitness a part of your lifestyle.
